Weekly Sweats: Progress Edition

This week's recap is the story of 29.25 miles and some solid optimism about half marathon #3.  I had a great week and I really feel like I've made progress with my fitness.  I don't want to be all "I got this" for half marathon #3 in two weeks, but...I got this.

Weekly Sweats: Pay for Pushup

Weekly Sweats: Half Marathon Recovery Week


This week my fitness goal was to work out as much as I wanted to, and if that was not at all, that was fine.  The net result was 11.25 miles of running and two weight workouts, but that's not what I want to tell you.  What I want to tell you is how much I enjoyed each and every moment of physical activity that I did this week.
