The nuts inside and outside are so good, the crumb is fluffy and moist, and my whole family loved it. I love the cake so much I almost wanted to cut down on the frosting so that I could taste it more – crazy, I know. By the way, when Bridget was pouring in the cream of coconut into the mixer on the Cook's Country episode in which this cake was featured, she had that separation thing going on too, and she didn't say anything, so I guess it's normal.<br /><br />Highly recommended!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
