Weekly Eats: Tacos and Snark

A weekly roundup: eats, watches, and reads.  There's nothing really new to see here on the food front but I have a snarky movie review and a good book to make up for it.

Weekly Eats: Another One Bites the Dust

A weekly round up: eats, watches, and reads.  This week I kicked a "diet" food out of my life in place of the real thing, learned that a freezer experiment paid off, and found a yummy new runner's snack.

Weekly Eats: Lasagna is the gift that keeps on giving

A weekly roundup: eats, watches, and reads.  In this week's edition, we lived high and mighty off of lasagna leftovers, I brought back an old favorite recipe that I haven't made in a long time, the future of American cheese is strong, and I watched a movie on my "I am never ever going to watch this list".

Weekly Sweats: Blue Skies

Believe it or not, the above picture is one of my failed attempts to take a wrist selfie after my Saturday long run.  The sun was just too bright to be able to see what I was doing;-)  31.9 miles and 3 strength workouts for the week.
