A weekly round up: eats, workouts, watches, and reads. In this week's adventures, I saw a dietitian, went to Trader Joe's, got a new Garmin, and ran a bad 10k. I have so much to tell you about this week, let's start with the dietitian.
My first half marathon was last month. In a nutshell:
1. I did everything within my control to prepare for a great race.
2. Something happened outside of my control that made my first half marathon not so great.
